Our IFR fabrics are not harmful to human body and environment. In brief, it is human friendly as well as eco friendly. They are fully tested by independent labs. It says our IFR fabrics contain no prohibited or regulated substances, or chemicals known to be harmful to humans and our environment. We do not use allergenic dye-stuffs and our fabric does not release heavy metals under artificial perspiration conditions.

We do not produce fabrics containing formaldehyde. So it is a totally skin friendly pH Textiles free and LOHAS. We have been designing, manufacturing and distributing innovative fabrics in Korea for many years to overseas clients. As a producer, we are committed to minimising our environmental impacts and producing high quality fabrics and textile designs. We Care "Safe" We produce our IFR fabrics using inherently flame retardant fiber. The major requirements of an inherently flame retardant textile yarn is to prevent flames or fire on the fabric from spreading quickly. Unlike fabrics that receive a surface treatment at a later stage, our IFR fabrics offer long-term security regardless of number of washings. This small but decisive difference results from the chemical structure of the polyester fibre. In the shape of a comonomer – a phosphor-organic compound, where the flame retardant properties are firmly anchored in the fibre. It is not possible for external influences to affect them.

Fibres given an additional flame protection finish (right) can lose the protection as a result of wear, age or frequent washing. Flame retardant fibres (left) are inherently flame retardant. For this reason materials made from these fibres and filament yarns are likewise permanently flame retardant.This is an important argument from the ecological aspect as well. Apart from their environmentally friendly manufacture materials require no additional fire protection treatment, such as normally combustible materials need. Treatments of this kind are harmful to the environment. Flame retardant fibres and filaments are, furthermore, certified to Oekotex 100 Standard. In comparative terms only very slight amounts of toxic fumes develop in the event of a fire.
This is particularly important, since in a fire the danger of suffocation from smoke fumes is greater than the risk of injury from flames. During manufacture of the fiber, a proprietary organic phosphorus compound is incorporated into the polyester polymer. The result is Inherent FR with a lower melting point than regular polyester. This makes it difficult for combustion to take place as the fiber melts and shrinks away from flames. The phosphorus component prevents melting drips from occurring and prevents further burning by self extinguishing. Combustion gases from inherent FR fabrics are similar to regular polyester and are composed primarily of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor, as well as small quantities of organic compounds which contain primarily aldehyde and keto groups. Gases such as hydrochloric acid (HCI), dioxins, hydrogen cyanide (HCN), nitrous oxides (NO) or sulfur dioxides (SO2) are not present. The inherent FR polymer contains no brominated compounds.
In order to preserve the inherent flame retardant characteristics of IFR fabrics, it is essential to refuse any additional treatments or finishes as it may affect or alter the fabric's inherent flame retardant characteristics, quality and color. The molecular structure of the fibers of our inherently flame retardant textile has been engineered to provide the required flame retardant characteristics. Our IFR fabric therefore provides purchasers, interior designers and rchitects with a guarantee that the fabric they are buying meets the highest flame retardant standards in force in any country. In order to preserve the inherent flame retardant characteristics of IFR fabrics, it is essential to refuse any additional treatments or finishes as it may affect or alter the fabric's inherent flame retardant characteristics, quality and color.
